There is no address on this page to write to yet. An inbox nobody reads is worse than an admitted gap, so this page will carry an email address on the day a monitored mailbox exists, and not a day before. Nothing on this site is waiting for one either: no form here is holding a message for somebody to answer.

Two things hold either way. We publish no phone number and no postal address, because no tracked line and no office have been set up for this site, and printing one that rings nowhere would be a small lie on a page that has no room for any. And we make no promise about how quickly a reply arrives, because a response time is easy to print and hard to keep.

No. There are no installers, no crews, no vans and no scheduling desk behind this site, so it cannot arrange a visit, a measurement, a repair or a warranty call. It is not an emergency service either. If a window is broken, unsafe or open to the weather right now, ring a local glazier or a board-up company directly — that is the one call worth making before you read anything else.

Not through this page, and at the moment not through this site either. Estimate requests are closed while the arrangements behind them are completed, so no form here is collecting a name, an email address, a phone number or an address.

The estimates page is worth the ten minutes in the meantime: it sets out what a written estimate has to contain, how to put two quotes on the same scope, and which answers decide the number at the bottom. When requests open, the process asks about the project first, contact details second, and permission to pass them on last — with every company that would receive the request named on the screen before you agree to anything.

Corrections are the messages this site wants most. Name the page, quote the sentence, and say what is wrong with it. A cost figure the publisher has since revised, a code requirement that has moved, a link that has died — all of it is fixable, and a statement we cannot support is corrected or removed rather than defended.

• A price for your windows. No honest figure exists until somebody has measured your openings and seen how they are built.
• A dispute with a contractor. That sits between you and the company you hired. Your state contractor licensing board or consumer protection office is the place to take it, and they have powers this site does not.
• A warranty claim. The company that sold or fitted the window holds the warranty; we are not a party to it and cannot open a claim on your behalf.
• Anything about your personal information. We hold none of it. The privacy policy explains what that means today and what would change first.
• Who we are and who pays us. Both are answered on the about page, which also sets out how the information here is checked.
